The national Shell Springboard winner will collect a total grant of £150,000, and a further five finalists will each receive £40,000 to help take their businesses to the next stage. In addition, the programme offers participants unparalleled networking with the key players in the low-carbon sector, comprehensive business feedback from an independent panel of judges and exciting publicity opportunities.
An application typically takes between 2-3 hours to complete – you may find it helpful to have any supporting material you need with you as you do so.
The form does not have to be completed in one session and can be saved so that you are able to revise it as many times as you want before submission.
Any UK-registered SME can apply, but it is important to remember that your application must meet the three core Shell Springboard criteria – that your business idea: (a) will reduce carbon emissions; (b) is commercially viable; and (c) demonstrates one or more innovative elements.
The deadline for applications to the 2018 Shell Springboard Awards is 17:00 (GMT) on Monday, 6th November 2017. No applications will be accepted after the deadline.
Please be aware that if you have previously registered an account with Shell Springboard, your previous account details will no longer be valid and you will be required to register again.

Thanks for your application and we look forward to hearing from you. Good luck!
